Salt & Pepper Rewards Program Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY AGREEING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SALT & PEPPER REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. 1. Rewards Program Eligibility
    1. a. You must be Salt & Pepper’s customer, doing business as an owner or buyer of a boutique, or online retail shop.
  2. 2. Rewards Program Description
    1. a. The Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn Rewards Points with qualifying purchases on Flying Tomato, Jealous Tomato, A.Calin, and Champagne & Strawberry’s websites.
    2. b. Participants can also earn points by ordering on LA Showroom, FashionGo, Tradeshows, and at our Los Angeles Showrooms.
  3. 3. Joining the Rewards Program
    1. a. There is no membership fee associated with the Rewards Program. Below are some of the ways that you can enroll in the program
      1.   i. Email one of the sales representative at Salt & Pepper Clothing
      2.  ii. Call the Salt & Pepper E-commerce Team 323-232-7999
      3. iii. Join the program by signing up on any of our websites. www.shopflyingtomato.com or www.shopjealoustomato.com
      4. iv. If you are an existing Flying Tomato or Jealous Tomato website customer, you may contact one of our sales representatives or by simply logging on to one of our websites and agreeing to Rewards Terms and conditions.
    2. b. Once you are enrolled in the program, you can view and manage your Rewards Program under “My Rewards” These Rewards points are nontransferable.
  4. 4. Earning Rewards Points
    1. a. Every dollar you spend is equivalent to 2 pts.
      1.   i. Ex. $1000 => 2000 points => $20
      2.  ii. Rewards points will be added only when the invoices are fully paid. Freight charge will not be added to the points.
      3. iii. The Rewards Points does not apply to any special sale or promotions.
  5. 5. Impact on returns to your Rewards Point
    1. If you decide to return the merchandise, non-damaged items, due to any reasons, the points you earned for the value of the merchandise will be deducted.
  6. 6. Use of Rewards Points
    1. a. Rewards Points earned can be used on the next purchase order.
    2. b. Rewards Points can be used once you reach 1000 points or more, which is equivalent to $10
  7. 7. Expiration of Rewards Points
    1. a. Rewards points will expire if not used by the last day of the year. (Not effective in the year 2017).
    2. b. Points you earned in the year of 2017 will transfer over to 2018’s Rewards Points.
